   I went to Starbucks this morning and had a disappointing experience. The blonde-haired lady was very unpleasant. She had a straight face the entire time, showed no friendliness, and made the interaction uncomfortable. When my order was ready and another employee called my name, she started repeating my name as well in a way that came across as unnecessary and rude. Definitely not the kind of customer service I would expect at Starbucks.

   I don’t know the your staff proper name but something name is KEHAN . I’m delivery driver. I’m coming for the customer orders but your staff first time saying me 15 min & say we are only 2 people. I’m Said ok . After 15min I’ll come they also said wait 15 min . I’ll waiting 30 min but orders is not ready. I’ll asked your staff how long waiting i need confirm time because of customer calling me for delivery & HE SAID LEAVE MY SHOPE . This is how rude behaviour. This is the franchises . You need the served the customer nicely . Franchies give them right to the customer Said like that leave my shope .

3. The Duchess Golf Club ★★☆☆☆

   Butchered my order and waited 25mins for it. Asked for an iced strawberry matcha latte and it was a plain matcha. I order this all the time from another branch so I know that this isn’t how it’s supposed to look/ taste etc. The barista was so slow in making it and it wasn’t even my right order! About 20 people were served before me but I was there before them! Also, other people around me were complaining that their order came out wrong too.

   The Kenton branch of Starbucks located within Sainsbury’s. Unique triangular shape, standard but nice decor. Had a matcha latte, but disappointingly it was only 75% full.

   Used to be better when there was outdoor seating unfortunately that doesn’t exhaust anymore how ever great as there is plenty of parking and friendly staff

   Very spacious and aesthetic place and calm atmosphere. Kind staff and the drinks are pretty good too. Inside the same building as Sainsburys.
