   Usually not the one to leave bad reviews, but we stopped by for a quick tea and snack at this place and were disappointed with the samosas. They were extremely oily and cooked unevenly. The tea is decent though, I'll give them that.

   Have been driving past cha sha for a while hardly any parking around but tried the long awaited tea selection so ordered and can rate as **matka chai - was expecting it to be served in a matka, hence the flavour and taste, but it wasn't so disappointed 3/10, **cha sha special - was extremely taste and delicious gelreat tasting 9/10. **cappuccino as it was not made on a machine - very nice and delicious and flavoursome 8/10. Would visit again and try the different other options available also the food.

   Visited Chai Shai in Wembley and tried the Pink Tea and Cha Sha Blend, both were spot on with their flavours, rich and perfectly brewed. Sadly, they were out of Matka Tea, which was a bit of a let-down as we were looking forward to trying it, also tried the sandwich cake, which was stale. That said, the service was absolutely top notch, friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout. A lovely spot for a proper cuppa with a desi twist, and great decor.

   Great place to have tea and relax. Atmosphere is nice and tea is just amazing. We came from Birmingham and were recommended the cha sha blend. It was honestly better than any other tea I've had in Birmingham. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Can't wait to come and visit again.

   Visited last night. Great atmosphere and vibe to this place. Very nice open space outside with burners to keep you warm. lighting is great. Outside has a Tv screen and music to keep you entertained. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Definitely makes you feel like you are in Pakistan. Could do with more seating arrangements inside. Tea was great, nice selection of food too. Loved the loaded chicken chips and the paratha rolls were also tasty. Would visit again.

   Went this afternoon when it was nice and quiet. It’s far busier in the evenings. Can’t remember the last time I had a desi chai as good as this. And the lamb tunde (paratha wrap) was absolutely incredible, proper home made stuff, so many flavours in my mouth. The lads behind the counter were a friendly pair too. Good customer service and great food too, amazing all round!

   I had a lovely experience at Cha Sha, although their indoor seating was not available their outdoor seating was nice. The music is way too loud! The chai was excellent and the taste of cinnamon came through but the portion was too small! The food was also well seasoned. The person serving us behind the counter was on the phone which isn't good customer service.
