    The new self checkout process is a letdown. The self checkout tills are squeezed together and very clostraphobic. Then there's just a large gaggle of people waiting. The queue system was much better

    Sadly lost a lot of its charm in the variety of products over recent years, with a lot of European goods disappearing and those remaining seeing hefty price rises. Good for the occasional item but no longer as great as it was.
