Good products and parking but bad customer service. You have to order meat, pay at the till then the butcher hands you the meat. No smile or welcoming behaviour from the servers. Put off and won't be returning.
Purchased coconut water from this store . Was full of mold as shown in the photos . This is a very serious issue had I not noticed and consumed it. Tried calling their hotline for hours right the next day to raise a complaint . Since I was a traveller couldn’t bother travelling back all the way to this store. Can’t get any response. So posting here for awareness of other customers.
A disappointing visit - in laws have been going to this place for years and I went on their recommendation. Shelves were bare and assistants on the floor were too busy gossiping to help. Won't be visiting again. There are other places that are better stocked.
The shop is ok for spices, but would not recommend it for meat or other items. Food hygiene is not high on the list in this place. The store needs a good clean up and re organisation very poor layout and staff need training in customer service.
Your cashier needs to learn basic customer service, absolutely appalling. Literally throwing items down, wasn't as if it was busy, the attitude of I don't want to be here, which is a shame. Won't be shopping in there again !!!!
the only reason I go there is to get indian groceries but there will be no price on the shelf for 40 percent of products you have a price on shelf and when scanned it gives different price dont think they will refund it, they will say its new stock we have printed labels just now gave it to the worker to change it.
Very rude staff at the butchers, I have had few arguements with them and now they are respecting me. Very expensive store. Staff unhelpful, no hygiene, no cleansiness. Trolleys old and broken. No scales for fruit and veg. It's called sprouts but they don't sell sprouts. Very unprofessional.
My favourite place for all my Asian foods . So much to choose from and a very helpful staff. Everything from fresh meat fruit and veg to a vast array of spices . A large car park for customers is a plus and very reasonable prices
Plenty of parking on site. Rough and ready type of supermarket with mostly foreign products. Prices are reasonable with lots of choose from. I do enjoy these places as I like new things. Best to go when it's not busy at first and have a slow browse. Narrow aisles makes taking a trolley awkward, I couldn't get past one part.
