   My girlfriend and I were travelling on the M6 when the wheel on our car fell off. We were towed to Hough Green and the garage couldn't have done anymore for us.. The staff were so accommodating and really looked after us. I couldn't praise them enough. Thanks so much.

   Received a letter (incorrectly) so I tried to call them to correct the information. Didn't get through for 30 minutes - not my problem. The irony of the waiting call saying "we pride ourselves with customer service", .... hilarious.

   Shocking service. Called bmw roadside assistance to request help because of flat tyre. They contracted this company however Scott arrived with a bad attitude to start. What we was told by bmw was that the tyre would be replaced. Scott said his control room was told to recover the car and put in storage. So we called bmw back. The guy at bmw told Scott to do as requested and drive us home. Scott argued with him and said he wasn't doing it. This didn't help our situation and when we said we have no way of getting home he got his back up with a rude attitude and said he wouldn't do it. He left. He litterly drove off and left while we are still stuck with no way of getting home. Scott should be having a reconsideration of how he speaks to people he had a shocking attitude. I will be speaking to bmw about the possibility of removing this company in future. I took the name and number from the side of the truck leading to this company. Disgusting.

   I’m not sure that it’s good that you have to take their word that your car is a right off without seeing it, not even a photo or some proof of condition, so you pay recovery and basically give them the car

   My damaged car needed transporting to a specified garage at Trafford. Hough Green arrived really promptly to do so with a driver who made me feel a lot better as I am elderly and was feeling very shaken.

   Booked through insurance after an accident, they Turned up earlier than agreed and took the car in my absence then I had a lot of messing about getting my belongings out of it. But otherwise no other issues.

   My car seemed to have an engine problem which, was, to me, serious. Houghton Green were sent out to tow my car to my local garage. When Paul arrived he went to look at my car and came back to me puzzled as to why it was being towed to a garage. He identified the problem and within 10 minutes the car was running perfectly. It has run well ever since. A huge thank you to Paul for his professional approach and knowledge. It saved me being without my car and the worry and inconvenience that would go with that. Thank you!

   Really mixed reactions to rate this garage, following a bad crash 200 miles from home, the lack of compassion and understanding from receptionists when trying to retrieve personal items from our wreck. It took over almost 2 hours trying to provide insurance docs before they would access the vehicle. When they provided my goods they only gave us a fraction of items. Only once arriving home and sending an email enabled a successful collection of the remaining items including my husband's phone as we had tracked it with find my phone! The guy who dealt with my email was a great help and that was the difference!

   They recovered a car with my stolen number plates attached. I rang them to explain the car wasn't what it appeared to be only to find out it's a premium rate phone number and paid £2 for the call. Surprised they ever have any repeat business. Crooks
