Great garage, had both repairs and more recently an MOT done here. Staff are brilliant, knowledgeable, always friendly / courteous and seem to genuinely care for their customers. Needed an MOT doing (last minute) and despite a heavy workload, still fitted me in. Would highly recommend.
Visited for MOT, excellent service - polite and professional. Did it in less than an hour while I waited with the heater kindly switched on in the office (waiting room being done up). There's a good bunch of Mechanics that work at Wide Cross Service Station, ive always had good service from them, the staff are very helpful & polite, they're always very busy & they sometimes work late to fit the needs of their customer's in. Be warned to book at least a week or two in advance to make sure you get booked in! The only downside is the waiting area, its very cold, there is no shop anymore & nothing in there apart from a couch, i took my car for an MOT test in there but waited outside bcoz there was no difference in the temperature from inside to outside, my car failed the MOT test but they were to busy to to the job's on it so i went elsewhere then took my car back for a Re-test, it was a really cold winter's day something like -3° so the retest took longer than my slotted time due to them running late, i was waiting outside in the cold again!! Brrr So please get wrapped up warm if you are going to wait for an MOT or any repair job's!
