    Basically, the overall process is smooth, pricing is reasonable. But due to the network signal is too weak, we have to do the application two times. We have to take every document pictures again. Staff walk out for a better signal, and submit the application again.

    Shockingly poor incredibly poor service, I would strongly advise using other companies such as Motorway. After selling the car to them they have failed to register the car in their name after taking the V5 document from me and in the mean time have managed obtain a parking fine which has managed to be directed to me. Not to mention the amount of money the reduced the initial amount by. My advice, avoid!

    Below is my initial review from the 1st time using WBAC, however today I scheduled another appointment for 17:10 today and the place was shut! Complete waste of time and lost business for WBAC. I wasn't the only one; a 17:30 appointment turned up as we were leaving. Process took 30 minutes. Got a great price for car, more than the recommended px value. Excellent service.
