   Great VAG specialist garage who fixed my clutch dumping issue. Ian & Darren provided an outstanding level of customer service, much better than any VW dealer I've ever been to. I was able to drop my van off out of hours due to work commitments and they explained the reasons why my Caddy was having clutch issues I also had a few service items done which I asked for last minute and they were kind enough to cater for this. The icing was opening the bonnet to find their other team member(sorry I forgot her name) had kindly cleaned the engine bay of dust, grime and grease so that it looked like it was fresh out of the factory. The price for the work is unbeatable for the level of service, skills and knowledge these guys possess. I'll be going back to get my timing belt done too

   Had my car re-mapped from here today, great service, checked my car on their diagnostics machine first and did multiple test drives throughout the map! Car feels great! Gave me some good advice also which I intended to use! When the warranty is up on my Mercedes, 100% taking it here to get a map on that as well. You will find garages out there that will re map cheaper but for the extra £50 you get a much better service, they check the car is ok to have a map on it first and they won’t do it if they know there is a problem with the car! You know that the job has been done right which is what you want, rather than someone throwing any old software on your car!

   After deciding I wanted more power and better mpg from my mercedes, I spoke with Ian at Mersey tuning who gave me great advise and helped me go through the best options for my vehicle. I went with a stage 1 remap , I travelled 50 miles to Ian due to his impeccable reputation and great feedback from friends who use him aswel , all I can say is am not disappointed! Ian has absolutely transformed my mercedes, not only do I now have more power but better mpg aswel , going from an average of 38mpg to 46mpg . I so happy with the service I received, the warm welcome at his premises and the work done to my vehicle. I can not recommend Ian and Mersey tuning enough , on first view his garage is super clean and very well kept. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and certainly does not rush a job . Thankyou again Ian for your work , I'll definitely be using you again for any future work I need .

Ian and the lads are doing a great job and they did a great job on my Audi A6 lemans CAM-BELT water pump and tensioner. He has gained me as a new customer because they are reasonably priced and use high grade parts. I will not be using any other garage from now on thanks again lads TOP SHOW PROFESSIONAL
