Overall, the food was good and it was fairly affordable in a normal cafe setting. The English breakfast was great. The normal was definitely enough. Sadly no drip/filter coffee, but we had Americanos and tea and they were both good. I was surprised by increased prices from what was on the past reviews, but it was still reasonably priced.

Nadia is the best. The curry was fantastic and the breakfast is amazing too! She was so sweet to our daughter on our trip to London.

This place is a find! There are so many cafes in the area but it can be hard to find a good quality veggie breakfast. This was the exception! It has really great options, all produced with care and of great quality. The service and staff were really lovely as well - special shout out to MC Sina for the Sunday morning dance mix which set me up day!

**A Deeply Disappointing Experience – Unworthy of Hospitality** Our recent visit to La Costa Cafe was, unfortunately, one of the most unsettling experiences we’ve had in any public setting. My friends and I entered seeking a peaceful time over coffee and light snacks. The ambiance appeared calm and welcoming at first; however, what followed was both unprofessional and deeply disheartening. While we sat and conversed—as any group of friends would in a café—we were approached by a staff member, an older woman wearing glasses, who asked us to lower our voices, stating that she didn’t have her headache medicine. The request was delivered with a tone that felt more like a personal grievance than a courteous suggestion, leaving us shocked and confused. What made this incident especially troubling was the clear sense of discrimination we felt. We could not ignore how her attitude shifted the moment she saw us—women of color wearing hijabs. Her approach lacked basic hospitality and respect, giving the impression that we were being singled out not for our behavior, but for our appearance. A café should be a space of comfort, inclusion, and respect—not one where customers are made to feel like intruders. The management at La Costa Cafe needs to reevaluate the values they promote and the individuals they choose to represent them. We left feeling humiliated, unwelcome, and hurt. This establishment failed us on every level.

Had breakfast here this morning on our last day in the area, I wish we had discovered this place earlier as the breakfast was the best we have had. All ingredients were extremely nice and tasty, the staff were very pleasant as well. We would 100% come back here in future

Perfect spot to kick off your day with their breakfast. I had the veggie omelette with strawberry coconut smoothie. Service is fast and the food is served hot. Will definitely come again!

My family and I (3 adults and 2 kids) for breakfast and couldn’t have been more happy. The food is so good, everything was fresh made (including fresh squeezed orange and apple juice) - it’s all done so well. Great coffee too! The staff were super friendly and welcoming - even made baby espressos (warm milk with coco powder) for my kids. If you’re in the neighborhood, I’d definitely stop by.

Had a nice breakfast in here, though the most nice thing was their authentic coffee. I strongly suggest this place for cup of COFFEE. The omelette eggs with cheese and American pancakes was perfect. The mozzarella panini was average. I would rate it 5 stars if they improve the decoration inside.

We had an early morning tour and looking for a place that was opened pretty early in the morning and this place was so we decided to grab a quick breakfast. Food was amazing. They had an amazing American breakfast, fresh pastries and all. I had sourdough toast with jam and so good. Coffee was great.
