Really poor service with the new staff & barely any customer service skills from any of them
Staff do not communicate to and overcharge customers when items have been excluded for meal and breakfast deals. Pre-covid the team was very friendly and accommodating; these days, customer service much to be improved.
No Internet access; WiFi is there and you can connect to it but it doesn’t connect to any sites! Not exactly cafe vibe due to loud fan noise inside. Decent choice of food and drinks, though, and the outside green space and the adjacent small lake is pleasant.
They could provide a better menu/opening hours for local residents
