If I could give this shop -1 I would. The shop owner is arrogant rude and patronising, says alot when you see the state of the shop... I dont use the shop for buying products due to past behaviours and rudeness from this man..not just towards me but my teenage children too when they have tried to return parcels with Evri and they didnt know how too.. (ig you have had dealings with the owner you will know what I mean).even myself he speaks to you like you are child. very patronising...I had no choice when my parcel had to go there. he speaks over you or to other people whilst serving so does not converse with you so not listening to you when collecting parcels. makes an excuse hes doing lots of other jobs at once.(customer ia clearly not a priority then). you tell him he's rude and he bites back trying to turn it back on you for having an opinion on his demeanour and how he comes across.. this man is in the wrong job and should not be dealing with customers if he can't when he can't take criticism when pulled up on his way he speaks to you. undermining...trying to tell a parcel aint there and then threatening me with he is not handing it over and sending it back. avoid this shop at all costs. take your buisiness to a shop where customers are looled after and have pplite staff! this man clearly does not like being told the truth and will throw it back at you and threaten to withold your items for having a voice and not allowing yourself to be spoken to like that ( rude! rude! rude! very arrogan man.. susprised trading standards have not shut him down. he may say i have been rude to him but there is only so many times you allow a shop owner to speak and patronise you over time before you say something back..I am not one for confrontation either but to bw belittled over a parcel collection...it is not on

If it allowed minus stars then that is what i would give it, rude is a polite word for the man who can not even be bothered to look up from his phone let alone get off his chair to help his costumers, stay clear is all I can say!!!

If you are returning a parcel with Evri, I would advise you take it to another drop off point. This place is a joke! The guy who runs the shop is arrogant and down right rude. He asked for my name, i didnt hear him so he just glared at me and then said βNAMEβ. I gave him my name and apologised that i hadn't heard him. He replied saying βI asked for your name, its not a complicated questionβ. He then proceeded to be rude about how he wanted the parcel positioning on the shelf. He will no doubt, reply saying I came and returned a parcel and that was it, similar to how he replies to other complaints, but believe me his behaviour was bizarre. I have dealt with an old gentleman in the store before and he was great, he even let me bring my bike in as I had forgot my lock, but the younger guy is utility incapable of any form of customer service.

Everytime I go in this shop with a parcel I face the rudest staff. I always avoid it where possible, I won't shop there and help pay the wage of the guy in today even though its my local. If you don't like customers then don't work with them. Doesn't cost a thing to be polite but it seems like they prefer to have a bad attitude instead.

Staff were miserable, no manners and ignorant. Very blunt with instructions for returning a parcel. I wont be going here again.

Staff are rude and incredibly unhelpful. Shop has hardly any items in it, more like a jumble sale than a shop. Wouldn't waste your time even stopping to go inside because they won't have anything you want to buy and even if they do, you'll want to put it back on the shelf and not give them your hard earned money when they talk to you with such little respect.
