   Hi, I have just recently bought a car which has 12 months mot on it which was done by Riverside car and van services on 21.02.2022. After driving the car for a couple of days I have noticed a few things not correct with the car so I have taken the car to a garage to get checked over and the mechanics and also the mot tester told me it should never have passed the mot !!! I will be getting in touch with vosa on Monday morning to report this issue. Personally after seeing some of the reviews I think this garage should be shut down, but that's just my opinion. My wife was driving this death trap with my 6 year old daughter!

   Absolute crooks, they mot pass dangerous and unroadworthy vehicles, and carry out atrociously botched repairs. Anthony offered to repair the vehicle to avoid getting vosa involved (rust photos are within 1 month of mot pass by this garage) I stupidly trusted them as they seemed like a reputable garage. When I contacted them they deny the botched repair on my van was ever carried out by them, saying "anything you have agreed with my staff has nothing to do with our garage". If anyone else has had a similar experience with this garage I would be very interested to know, please message me privately

   Didn’t have any work carried out. Booked van in for a service, brakes and two new tyres. Moved work around to give them a full day to work on the van, dropped the van off @ 8:45 got a taxi back home. Waited all day, rang at 16:45 was told it’s not ready, and they’re closing at 17:10 I said if I’d of know it wouldn’t be ready in one day, I would of booked it another time. Told I could pick the van up, so I did, but I was expecting some of the work to be done, but no!!! Not one single job… as they waited for an oil filter…. Wow!!! Just wow!!!! Great job guys… so if you would like to waste a full day… these guys are for you!!!

   I called in to them today to ask if they could look at a job and let me know how long it wild be with them when it was booked in. As it was really simple the guy fixed it for me on the spot at no cost. So 5 stars from me and saved me a lot of hassle booking it in and sorting out a hire vehicle Brilliant thanks very much

   Be careful guy's don't leave any deposit for your hire car they got way out not to refund you. I lost £ 70 with them. As loads of excuses. Thanks for teaching me lesson.
