   Had a clutch/gearbox issue occurring with my a car and took it to a different garage before going to lucas who then told me to take it to the same garage but on the side of Chester which i wasn't comfortable taking it there considering the issues i had. Went back home, researched managed to discover Lucas garage which can deal with the issues i had plus more closer to home. Phoned them and they managed to get the car in with short notice, told me what the problem was and they managed to fix the issues i had. Car felt totally brand new after the job they done.The Customer Service is brilliant and will be using Lucas Garage going forward in the future.

   Exceptional service. Our company vehicle broke down a few miles from Lucas Garage - they helped arrange a recovery truck and got the issue rectified promptly. They managed to fit us in at such short notice and had us on our way far quicker than we anticipated. They couldn't have been more helpful, updating us along the way. Very reasonably priced. I couldn't recommend this garage enough. It's just a shame they're not a couple of hundred miles closer then I'd use them all the time.

   I don't live too close to here, but my family does as such I've used them a few times, they have always been fast, professional and a good price can't really ask much more from a garage, most of my family use Lucas garage too and none of us have ever had anything other than excellent service. I've even gotten into the habit of timing family visits with car maintenance for non emergency issues because they are so much better than the garages near where I live.
