   Mark has given me lots of advice over the years, all taken on board and implemented in my business. Day to day, it's mostly unnoticeable, and perhaps seems unnecessary. That is until the day comes when there's the potential to be on the hook for several thousand pounds... but by listening to Mark, and following his advice we've recently avoided costly legal battle, and will not be bearing any loss following a customers error. Simple advice even I can understand, and evidently works when tested.

I sought advice from Mark over a business related dispute which needed careful management. Mark’s level of client care and attention to detail were both evident from the start, and he immediately put my mind at ease with his proactive, solutions based approach.
