   Telephoned today very unprofessional. Could not find requested paperwork. I have now got another solicitor to deal with this and they can ask for my Late Mothers house deeds and our fathers will. we provided reference numbers supplied by them that could not trace the documents! Why have a reference system at all?

   Terrible experience. Turned up to my 2pm appointment to be told that the solicitor hadn't turned up for work that day due to illness (they were also off the day before so this wasn't a surprise to them), no phone call or even a text to let me know.
