Service gone down hill after Sarah Dixon left, Sarah was handling a case for me a few years ago. I called a few times last week to speak to someone about it, no one called me back despite promise to do so. I received an email scheduling an appointment, replied and never heard anything back. Avoid
This is my experience and my opinion..to me the service i received felt professional but just a tick list with invoices..no empathy or understanding..divorce is hard..i received information from outside of this company that was never discussed or informed .not good

I have been using Sarah Dixon as my solicitor for a number of years now. Initially I went to her to write my will, however more recently I had to request her services for divorce and financial settlement proceedings. She is friendly, personable, straight-talking knows her stuff and most importantly to me works for her clients, not herself. I have come across other solicitors that are clearly in it for themselves and I can categorically say that Sarah is not in that bracket. Her and her team are incredibly efficient and are always on hand when you need something. I have never had to wait very long when I’ve requested anything, albeit an email or letter to be sent or request for documentation to be forwarded. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If any friends or colleagues are in need of a family law solicitor Sarah’s name is always at the forefront of my mind.
