   Came to Chapelhouse to look for a new MG. Spoke to Alan on New Car Sales. I had no idea what I wanted. But, with Alan's patience, I went away to choose between two. I have decided which one I want and will be back soon due to a Christmas/New Year holiday. May I take this opportunity to say 'Thank you' to Alan for taking the time to put me at ease and, as I am 68, did not rush me into making a quick decision or bombard me with the usual waffle that means you have got to decide today. This has been the reason why I have not bought from other Showrooms. See you in the New Year. Keep up the good work.

   Being disabled a car is essential to me in trying to lead as normal a life as possible. So buying a car is very important to me. Everyone I came into contact, with after driving onto your forecourt, did not hesitate in asking me if they could help in any way. After entering the showroom we were helpfully shown to the MG section where Alan kindly took us through the procedures, including a test drive making it a painless experience , which makes buying a car at Chapelhouse Motors always the first place to go to.

   Booked in for service and MOT. Dropped off early as had asked for it to be done as early as possible and returned lunchtime to collect it. Rebecca asked if I wanted my car cleaning too so chose to wait a bit for that and had a nice Coffee while I did. Was a strange noise from the ventilation when I drove off that wasn’t there when I dropped the car off so returned and she got the mechanic to have a look, likely just a rogue leaf that made its way in as he couldn’t tell there was a ow rumble but I do have good hearing for tone changes and he says he will happily have a look if it persists but it seems to have started to quieten as not as noticeable the next day. Great service.

   We went to the showroom to just have a look, and came out with the perfect car for my needs. I am a mobility customer and in a wheelchair. Alan was very helpful and he spent as much time as we needed, which was most of the afternoon. I hadn’t even thought about getting an MG and now I am picking one up in a few short weeks. Thank you Alan so much you have gone above and beyond.

   The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Vikki jones who dealt with us from when we ordered the car in August to picking it up today the 17th October even though we had been told it may take up until marxh 2023 to collect the car. The car we have is the MG HS, we would recommend this showroom, yhe staff are excelled and couldn't do enough to help you out absolutely amazing
