   Truly Exceptional Service and Professionalism from Pally Davies, Jaclyn Reed and Jo Potts I genuinely cannot offer enough praise for Whiting and Mason solicitors having just concluded a very torturous sale of my mother's retirement apartment. Pally led the conveyancing and is without doubt the hardest working and most professional, solicitor I have ever worked with while also being highly personable, organised and pragmatic. Regularly working long hours at crucial points in the sale and taking time sometimes well into the evening to call and update me. I have bought and sold property more than a dozen times and this service has been phenomenal. Thank you Pally! Thoroughly recommended

   We regret to say that our experience with this firm was deeply disappointing and by far the most stressful legal process we’ve encountered. We understand that property transactions can be complex, the issues we faced were not due to the process itself, but rather the handling of the onward chains purchase by Pally. Unfortunately, Pally’s lack of communication, repeated delays, and failure to act in a timely manner (as well as numerous days where she was uncontactable entirely) directly jeopardised our property chain on multiple occasions. There were several points at which the entire transaction was at risk of collapse, causing undue stress for all parties involved. Overall the service was unprofessional and there was a clear lack of care. We hope that this genuine feedback is taken on board and leads to an improvement in the future.

Pally Davies oversaw our house purchase, and was incredibly helpful and approachable, super-responsive to emails and always there for any queries (which, as first-time buyers, we really appreciated), and is clearly very knowledgeable (both within her field and outside it). Our purchasing process was lengthy, due to a delay at the top of the chain, and Pally was continually proactive in chasing up various parties. Highly recommended!
