   Charlotte Parker at the Hazel Grove branch was amazing when we were selling our house and buying another. She would always speak to us on the phone if we had a query (which we have never found possible with previous solicitors) and she has given us some great advice. Was really thorough when we were looking to buy a new house and made sure we didn't buy something with issues that might trip us up in future years. Would highly recommend her, she is really nice.

   We feel extreemly lucky to have had Charolotte Parker acting on our behalf during our recent house sale and purchase. From begining to end, we found Charlotte to be extreemly thorough with her work and always communicated everything in a way that was easy to understand. They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do but I think that in our case, this stress was reduced significantly by Charlotte and her team. If I ever need a solicitor again, Charlotte will be by first phone call and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend her to anybody.

   Becky Tang was supposed to be managing my property purchase. The whole chain nearly fell, thanks to her. It was a really simple and easy purchase which dragged on for months, as she simply left things on her desk for weeks with no action! Never returned my calls and seemed incapable of communicating with our estate agent either or the sellers solicitor.
