   O'Neill Patient Solicitors were recommended by my mortgage advisor for the sale of property and purchasing another property. The only bit of constructive feedback I would like to give to the company is on the mobile app. I think there is definitely a scope for improving the mobile app user experience which I think is always there when technology comes into play. Otherwise the overall service has been excellent. Sophie Hill was assigned as the case manager on my file and I have to say she and her team are very prompt and efficient in progressing through the process. There has never been even a single instance when the emails and phones went unanswered. Every single time Sophie would respond to my email within an hour (sometimes within minutes) and the phone would be answered within 3 rings. Also this company's holiday cover process works very well. Even in Sophie's absence, I used to get responses within a day and it felt like a seamless experience throughout the process. A very well done and a big thank you to Sophie and her team. The completion was done in a record time on the day and we have now moved.

   I'm not going to give five stars because I felt that holiday cover wasn't managed effectively but I will give Hannah Bass four stars for her excellent skills and communication on behalf of the company. She was extremely communicative and answered any questions we had on our first journey onto the ladder. Searches were done very quickly and also good communication between solicitor, estate agent and mortgage broker. Our sell was very quick, only two months and I felt that O'Neill Patient delivered an effective service which helped us achieve that (except the slight blip due to not organizing effective holiday cover) Thanks for all of your help Hannah.
