   First class service from these guys on Tuesday morning at 6-30 am. They were as helpful as they possibly could be and I even got to meet the guys at the yard and the lovely helpful lady at the desk made me a nice coffee while I waited to be collected.    As a business owner, who is aware of quality performance and under-performance, I'd just like to applaud how elite Mark from Stafford, an employee of Hough Green was in the rapid collection and recovery of my vehicle today. I noticed as soon as he arrived he stood out, had the vehicle and trailer loaded like an F1 pitstop, immaculate vehicle inside and offered refreshments on the journey, proactive on what the customer might need. Had a great chat too. If you ever want a career change Mark, our door is open. Thanks.

   Broke down in Cheshire on Saturday evening. Got through to the contact centre straight away. Easy to make payment. Although delayed in recovery slightly. We were kept up to date. Recovered in under 3 hrs and the driver Dan was spot on and made a stressful time a bit of a laugh.

   Picked up a 6.5 to ambulance no runner. Did it the same day and the delivery driver was amazing. Really helpfull and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We'll done guys.

   Awful experience with Hough Green, twice in one day! First we have a breakdown in our RV, get a call from control who says the driver cant recover us as we need the police there to assist with a lane closure. Every negativity possible from this 'controller' who tells us they need to stand down and we need to book an appointment with the police to close the road, they are too busy to wait.. Oh yes, the police arrive 10 minutes later and roll around laughing at the idea of booking an emergency service, referring to Hough Green as hopeless. What an absolute joke. In fairness the chap driving the truck was great, but his 'controller' wanted him stood down he called him back to base. So we wait for a better more efficient company. Ironically while we are being collected by the utterly fabulous Recovery North West another Hough Green truck arrives in the same layby to recover a car that has since broken down. We get abuse from the driver that we are in his way, with us then watching him wait for 45 minutes. He told us he didn't care what we were recovng when we explained its the size of a national express bus, just shift it... Ironic, two awful experiences, clearly the attitude is top down. Recommend you don't consider Hough Green, we are glad they 'stood down'

   We had to call upon Hough Green earlier this year to recover home a poorly coach. Service was outstanding. Even though it was extremely late getting to yard they ensured the vehicle was safely parked and the driver was ok with locking everywhere up. Very highly recommended
