   Took my BMW 640D for a 6 point wheel alignment, and they done a great job, after Halfords Runcorn told me I needed all new drop links suspension arms and break discs, as its impossible to do the alignment, even though it had passed an MOT 4 days prior to that, and it had also passed a 220 point safety and health check at Halliwell Jones BMW Warrington, the staff was very polite a friendly they got the car on the ramp and an hour later after me going for breakfast it was all done, and the steering is perfect. So thank you Tyer Hub Widnes.

   The best advice i can give you is to ignore this garage and move on to the next one unless you are a comedy script writer looking for inspiration with time and money to spare. Do your homework on tyres you need Do Not listen to the guy on the phone with 27 years experience dealing with tyres and rubber . I asked for premium reinforced all season tyres A grade in the wet . I received mid range summer tyres . In fairness i did go back and complain and they did replace them the next day at additional cost,well they tried as they couldn't remove the locking wheel nut as the previous fitter had threaded the wheel nut , to be fair again they did organise for the bolt to be removed and replace the wheel nuts but not with locking wheel nuts as apparently they dont steel wheels anymore they take the car, in all it took over a week to replace 4 tyres and much more expensive than larger well known garages the staff and fitters are very friendly and welcoming but i certainly would not recomend this garage

   I’ve used these a few times now but wont anymore - the past couples of times there has been poor communication. I was told when I booked the service and MoT to bring the car for 9am and it’d be done by lunch time. I dropped the car off at about 5 past 9 - no problem. I didn’t receive any communication so popped back at half 12 to see how things were going. I saw the car up on the jacks but then the mechanic lowered my car so I went into reception as I saw him heading inside and asked him how it’s looking - just to see if there were any issues that needed sorting for the MoT. The reaction I was met with was the mechanic raising his voice that it’s not a 1 hour job and that he said he’d call me. He actually wasn’t the person I dropped the keys off with and it’d been over 3 hours, not the 1 hour that he said. It was very unprofessional as I was just enquiring and I had absolutely no issue waiting. He then said come back in an hour or if not he’d call. Didn’t hear anything so I gave it time and then went back at 2:30 (gave an extra hour) - the car was done and dusted but I hadn’t received any call.

   Amazing. Booked in for a last minute MOT on a Sunday evening. Took my car down on Monday, was told it could take 40 minutes to 1 hour. It took 30 minutes and passed first time. This is the first garage I've used that hasn't tried to rip me off. Will definitely return for my next MOT/service.
