   We purchased our son's first car about a month ago from this dealer. From start to finish everything was great. No pressure to buy very easy to view as many cars as we wished, and after a test drive we settled on a Ford Fiesta. Very low mileage and one lady owner it came exactly as promised full MOT with no advisories and a warranty. We drove the car up to the North East where my son lives and as we shared the driving we both agreed we have got a great car. Used every day and my son I made up with it. We have already recommended to friends to visit here.

   New Ford B Max listed, be cautious, they told my Son it needed extensive respraying on rear bumper, loads of chips on body, the wheels had been painted, the wing mirror caps are falling off so only paid £2,800 for it : extra, following feedback from garage, apparently it my own fault. The fact that they said they would need to rectify all the faults. Yet it’s on the forecourt the next day with a £2k mark up, good business model.

   I used this garage few times for MOT and service. First time car passed and service done only one issue (when serviced mechanic put too much braking fluid and it caused my car to throw random error while braking on dash I managed to figure it out but some people might not). But last time it was absolutely horrible car failed and I needed it asap it took them a week to get overpriced quote every time I was calling either there was a different person or person that suppose to do quote where somewhere else in "other garage" selling cars or whatever. Reception is a mess... it didn't used to be ... They are concentrated on car sales not repairs so if you are sure your car will pass I would recommend them. But i would not recommend to repair your car there I took my to other garage quote was £100 less and car fixed before they even got back to me with their quote...

   This is such a great experience from a fantastic small business. We browsed through Autotrader and found a nice, entry level family car. I keep asking myself, is it worth to go all the way from Manchester to Widnes for it? And I have to say, it is worth it. If you are looking for a dealer who is professional, trustworthy and with proper services, look no further, really. We have been contacting with Jason from the very beginning. This gentleman takes care of the sale and demonstrates high level of professionalism. The staff on site is also friendly and not pushy at all. So far we feel so relaxed. The car is still preparing at the moment. We are so excited to see them again, and of course, our car as well. We will update this review upon collection and give you a first hand information on this fantastic car dealer! Stay tuned! === Quick update: The car has a bit of problem right after the first week. There are squeaking noise from the suspension system at the rear and leaking of engine coolant. We informed widnes MOT right away and was told to get it back to garage to fix it. Turns out, the squeaking noise problem still persist (engine coolant leakage problem seems to be fixed though). What I am planning to do now is to take it to local garage and see if they can fix it. I don't really mind paying for any parts or costs, as long as someone can fix it. But I reckon widnes mot may not able to help me fix this problem. I am quite disappointed that things go wrong and I need to spend a few weeks to arrange repairing for a car, that is supposed to be ready. === Quick update2: I took it to local garage. They said everything is safe. It seems that the shock absorber is the one that cause noises. The issue is fixed right away.

   I have just returned to Scotland with our new Meriva purchased from here. The whole buying process from start to finish was the easiest I have ever dealt with. This is where professionalism meets friendly good service. The car wasn't as described, it was far better! All the work had been done, and more besides. All paper work has been dealt with, Jason and his wonderful assistant couldn't have been more helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Well done guys, a great operation you should be proud of!
