Their phone number never works. What if u have an emergency and i am trying to reach them ample amount of times. But they have no response. Also i handover my parcel of return of ups. There was a problem with her machine so she told me that she will try again. And will call me back. But she has not given me call back yet. Everytime whoever comes with a parcel to verify.. she is struggling to scan and get things done. She really need to know the process properly.
