1. Wing Nut ★☆☆☆☆

   My van was in for a no fault repair through insurance company. This business was the Insurers choice not mine, it had to be an approved repairer. 2 bolts from front bumper were left out. The manufacturers bolts have a shoulder on them for various applications to prevent damage to plastic trims being tightened and plastic damaged. There was no care in refitting these, they were refitted in the wrong positions. I took them all out and refitted them correctly myself as part of a job I was carrying out myself fitting a new wing. During the course of this I discovered somebody had scratched their initials on the slam panel paintwork obscured by the new part they'd fitted. The bumper corner was also left unsecured. I've emailed the company to inform them, but they have not responded. I've owned this vehicle from Brand new, the bumper has never been off before. Disappointing Service and attitude. Total disrespect for customers vehicles.

   We received our car back yesterday after having to have it repaired because of a no fault accident. The car was returned immaculate and we cannot fault the service we have received. The car is my partners pride and joy and he is over the moon with the workmanship. Thank you for doing such a great job

   Sadly had to replace my 5 star comment with a 3 star one, and I think that's rather generous. After receiving my car back after a no-fault repair (bumper replacement & bonnet respray). A week or so later I had my car valeted by my regular company, they discovered vast amounts of hair line scratches all over the bonnet, it looked like a scourer or wire wool had been rubbed all over it, and many areas of 'over spray' that couldn't be removed by washing. I was very annoyed as I look after my car, and wasn't happy for the additional stress. After calling they tried to explain it was something to do with the respray process but did not explain the overspray marks, they did rectify it, but was without my vehicle. Shouldn't have been returned in that condition.
