   Called Carbon Flush with an issue with my DPF. They were very professional and explained the causes and process for rectifying the problem. Very reasonable price quoted. Turned up on time and showed me the faults on the service tablet. Did the clean out and we we for a drive to clean out the residue. My van is running fantastic. Would highly recommend this company.    Great service! Really helpful had my vehicle sorted within 2 days of first ringing him. Mark took time to discuss the issues I was having and explained how to prevent the issue from reoccurring after he’d finished the clean. Also spoke about what work he was going to carry out rather than just doing work without an explanation. Would definitely recommend to anyone having problems with their DPF would rate higher than 5 stars if I could!

   First of all what a great fella mark is he was very thorough and knowledgeable about his craft. As soon as he opened the bonnet within 30 seconds he knew there was an underlying problem causing DPF fault lights on my transit connect this was great as it had previously been into two garages before. After diagnosing and fixing an underlying DPF issue he then gave it a full clean with a carbon flush and also checked my oil levels after knowing they would be high he then feduced them down to normal levels. He took me through every stage of his work showing me and giving me great advice when I asked questions about the equipment he was using and how it works engine and van feel like brand new. Highly recommend him thanks again mate enjoy your holiday!

   Range Rover Velar DPF Issues Fixed! I rang Mark this morning after finding his company through google. No sooner than 40 minutes later, he was on his way down to me to sort the issue. Mark performed full diagnostics, found and fixed the issue the same day, saving me the headache of Warranty and garage repairs there and then. He really does know everything there is to know when it comes to DPF and diagnostic problem solving. Excellent service, couldn't recommend enough!!!

   I rang Carbon Flush to see if he could flush my DPF as a diagnostic test had said it needed this. The gent I spoke to gave me so much help and explained what I needed to do. He was honest and has saved me a lot of money. It's rare to find this honesty today as he said that there was no point in him flushing my car's DPF until the vaporiser was replaced. Many would have not told me this. I will certainly recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and honest car genius. Thank you matey x

   My Discovery sports DPF filter full engine light came on second time in last 3 month. Halford sorted it first time but they didn’t wanted to look at it this time. Found Mark through Google search and after reading all the reviews I gave him a call. He asked me all the details and then booked me to look at the issue. He arrived on time and run the diagnostic. He explained everything and why those faults happens. I had to go on drive with him where he was running all the diagnostic and regenerating DPF. He is very knowledgeable and looks at every detail before completing the job. He also checked engine and other things to see if there are any other faults which might be causing DPF issue. My car is fixed now and drives very well. He also gave lots of tips on how to avoid the issue and fix it. Mark just goes above and beyond when he takes the job and resolves it.    Mark certainly knows his stuff, I had a blocked DpF on my Range Rover sport and he turned up exactly when he said and diagnosed and fixed, this guy goes out of his way to explain what’s wrong and why , after the fix he then sent me advice and he didn’t need to do that.
