Brian is extremely thorough and has helped me a lot as I had essentially been sold a horrible car. His videos and pictures of the faulty parts are helping me in the court process and I had not even asked for them. It’s just part of his process. He also went through the effort of finding my old invoices that I needed to file a claim. He came recommended and I would recommend him as well!

Without a doubt the best private Mercedes Benz repair shop in Liverpool if not the North West. I have used B&R Motors for many years and found them to always be trustworthy knowledgeable and very fair. I recently had a major blip with my Aston Martin and the dealers wanted £318.00 to call out to look at it. I called Brian and he came to the house on his way home and sorted the problem in an hour or so. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Can I please say it was a pleasure to find a genuine bloke in Brian who was so helpful in finding the electrical fault after an oil cooler repair on my e350 coupe that 3 other garages had missed , garages and people like this are hard to find ,I can only highly recommend Thanks Vinny

I brought my car here due to Mercedes SLK struggling to turn on and on rare occasions loss of power, but everything else running fine. I was charge £120 for diagnostics. Was informed that the timing chain needed replaced said he sees this all the time but once this is changed the car will be good. I left my car in with the garage and had it replaced the car was returned to me after the £1900 bill and still had the same problem. I took it back it was looked at for an hour and returned to me. Same problems were there when I got it home and restarted it from cold. After a few weeks of driving the car while Brian was on holiday the car engine started to sound like a tractor. I brought the car back, he changed the camshaft sensor. Said the car was noisier than before but blamed lack of servicing but said to take it for a test drive myself as he didn’t have time. The car sounded worse again and I would say It was not drivable. I brought the car to another garage they said I needed the engine replaced and that would cost me three grand. Ridiculous to have brought my car to a specialist for it to now have to be sold as I now cannot afford repairs. Ripped off and let down by the service and lack of reply by Brian and the parts he guaranteed. For a specialist he should have recognised the engine problems when he opened it up. Could have replaced the engine rather than charge me £2000 to make the car worse.

Work was carried out okay, but my only concern was I had personally carried out engine bay detailing and when I opened the bonnet I found oil spills on the engine cover and on the radiator reservoir, it's the first time that my car after a service has ever been returned back in that condition, so customer service on communication was fine but not happy how my car was returned back to me..

Very pleased as Brian slotted me in for diagnostics on my E350. Explained everything to me and up to now car running very smooth - if it happens again Brian Explained exactly what the root cause is. Taken me 8 mths and 3 trips to different independents to get to the bottom of the issue. Thank you...

Fantastic service. Needed a fault code checking and resetting, called towards end of day, Brian said he would hang on for me and done the job very quickly and charged 1/2 what others had quoted. Very friendly, Erik definitely go back if I need anything doing in future.
