   I encountered problems with my car after another garage performed an MOT and fitted two new tyres. That garage showed little interest in helping me resolve the issue and made me feel like an idiot for bringing it up, which was very upsetting. Frustrated, I reached out to Riverside Racing, who asked me to come in immediately. While driving, several people stopped me to inform me that there was a problem under my car, which was quite concerning. Additionally, the heating had stopped working since the MOT service. To my relief, the issues were fixed in just six minutes, and I was back in my car by 5:20 PM! The receptionist was fabulous—helpful and welcoming. The mechanic who addressed my concerns was reassuring and made me feel comfortable; he never made me feel foolish for being worried. As a woman, it is essential to feel safe, heard, and respected when dealing with traditionally male-dominated professions. Riverside Racing is professionally run, clean, and maintains a safe environment, which is why I trust their advice. I highly recommend Riverside Racing to anyone who values professionalism, safety, and respect. Thank you, Riverside Racing!

   I have been using Riverside to service my VW transporter for a while. The staff are friendly and it’s easy to appointments to get a problem solved quickly. They have all the knowledge and experience to happily handle any kind of issue. Such a breath of fresh air compared to the Liverpool VW dealership having an appointment wait time measured in months… or phoning around other mechanics who can’t solve the problem. One call to Riverside and it just gets sorted. Well worth every penny.

   Riverside completed a water pump, timing belt kit and auxiliary belt change on my 2016 Ford S Max 1.5 Ecoboost petrol. They were happy to use genuine Ford parts that I supplied (I receive Ford employee discount). The labor charge was very well priced and the service received was excellent. This is the fourth time I’ve used Riverside for vehicle maintenance (S Max service / MOT / engine remap and Focus ST service). Recommended.

   Avoid these Muppets. All the gear no idea on customer service. X5 booked in for a stage 1 remap a week ago for 9am 22nd of march. Arrived on site to disinterested staff and excuses on why they couldn't do the job. Dyno broken we will give you a call what they should have done to save my time and energy. My advise use Prescott remapps the lad there's is a car and bike enthusiast and is a goodfella has time to chat to his customers Riverside racing lost a £500 job avoid if you value your time.
