I want to say thank you to all the team working on my case. At the beginning it all seemed very new to me and I was a bit confused having to deal with justice in a new country, new laws and new language. Of course these legal issues are never pleasant and many times I felt I cannot fully control the situation and the information I was receiving. At some point I started to be relaxed just because I knew I had to let them do their job without having to question everything. I was very lucky that Jeffrey Logan started to handle my case. He was extremely professional and had a human attitude towards my case. Explained everything two and three times when needed. Advising but not pushing me to take any decision so I had the liberty to refuse many unfair offers coming from the insurance company. I could also feel the difference in working with an experienced lower, with zero confusion and honesty. Of course we had some delays due to the Coronavirus crisis but overall, the case was not affected by that and they were very easy to reach by telephone during that period. Thank you Jeffrey Logan. I made a claim just little over 4 years ago yes this might sound like a long time however due to covid and many companies changing from working in office to working at home and restrictions with court dates it did extend past the initial expected time. But apart from this little hurdle that is of no fault to express solicitors I had a very good experience.
