   I contacted LLB Solicitors around 15 months ago seeking support to be reimbursed for physiotherapy costs after a fall in a supermarket caused by their negligence.    I researched online solicitors that could help me after the hairdresser I went to damaged my hair with heat, and I came across LLB Solicitors. I sent the photos of the damage to them and was told that I have a case. It was a very easy process on my side because all I had to do was explain the situation surrounding the incident, provide documentation, go to Trichology appointment to assess the damage. Me Lee Jones kept me updated every step of the way and signing documentation was quick and easy via e-signatures, as opposed to waiting for paperwork through the post.
