   Brie and bacon melt bought with a hot drink. I knew the cost of the free and bacon melt But when you're buying something expensive you expect it to be of some standard. And as you can see in the photo there was hardly any begin and any brie. Miserable staff.

   This is ment to be a caramel crème ice drink.. utterly disgusted the presentation and taste I asked for sauce on it ! Very disappointed I won’t be ordering from here again my son has the strawberry milkshake it was like water! They put so much oat milk in there it was not a milkshake at all! Very upset

   I love Nero. But this place let the chain down. Not clean. Coffee somehow not as tasty as other Nero places I've been to. Third world has better and cleaner toilets...

   Mocha was nice. Unfortunately the cleanliness of this establishment needs improvement. Arrived at 11:30 and the toilets and floor in areas were already filthy. There were 3 members of staff and it wasn’t overly busy to the point where a staff member couldn’t just do a general clean. Even the spoons are badly stained (photo uploaded)

   Lady with curly hair was very rude when I told her my order was wrong as I had specifically said soy milk in both drinks this is not the first visit and they normally know I have only soy milk She abruptly said you did not say soy you said skimmed .... walked away slammed the cup in the sink and made a new one and done the bill and walked away with an attitude. The tall man is who I usually see and he is very nice and listens to what you ask for. Overall the staff need proper customer service training

   Caffe Nero decor is what does it for me - just more character than its equivalents and a nice seat with a plug point - the app is a good one too and getting the free coffee stamps electronically is much better than having one of those stupid paper cards in my wallet which I keep losing... But that's probably just me
