   Kelly Jackson was the solicitor dealing with the will & probate for our late Uncle who died in tragic circumstances. Kelly was very compassionate and easy to deal with. She was also responsive & always quickly replied to all emails & calls. It was clear that she genuinely cared about us as a family which we were grateful for as it was a very difficult & emotional event to go through. When you are grieving and dealing with these overwhelming matters it is important to feel supported and this was how we felt. We could not recommend her more, we are sorry to hear she has left the company and was not able to finish the case, we can only hope the next solicitor taking over will be just as good.

   I honestly can’t thank Ali, Andrew, and the whole team enough for everything they’ve done for me. This has been such a stressful journey, but they supported me every single step of the way with so much patience, care, and professionalism. Andrew worked so hard behind the scenes reviewing all the documents and keeping me updated, and Ali was absolutely amazing in guiding me through the process and making sure I understood everything. Lauren and Jennifer also played such a big part in making sure everything went smoothly . I felt like I had a whole army behind me. Thanks to them, I can finally put this behind me and breathe again.    Where to start. Sian Thomas (head of serious injury) has taken me to the brink of suicide. I have never in all my life dealt with someone as inept as her. It felt like, at times I was doing her job for her. I was chasing people up and getting reports on time. This drained me as well as dealing with my life changing injury. Without any notice at all, she then left on maternity leave and handed my file over to someone that she had obviously trained. He was almost as dire and pathetic as her. It was also a nightmare in getting Sian to reply or respond to any emails or voicemails that were left. This was breach of their own customer charter. It states that a customer should receive a reply within 3 working days. Sian must have read this wrong as I could at times wait, anywhere between 3 weeks to 3 months. Sian employed someone that turned out to be, not qualified to present reports to the courts. 10 years of my life wasted. How on earth this person was promoted to a head of the department is beyond me. She is as soft as butter. No back bone at all as this is evident when she always agreed to extensions from the defendant despite them already having months to prepare. I could literally write a book on my experiences with Sian Thomas and slater and Gordon but my main point is, if you are unlucky enough to be assigned to Sian Thomas, please and urgently request that someone else is to take over your file. You will only regret this if you don’t. Sian Thomas should not and never have been allowed to practice law. Update: Client ‘care’ have not appreciated my truthful comments. 1: They ‘thanked me’ for my Trust Pilot review. This is not Trust Pilot. 2: I have now received 2 patronising and condescending emails. Sian Thomas has obviously ‘trained’ Lee as well. Wow, what a company. Soon to have blood on their hands.

   I've been very happy with the service from Slater and Gordon concerning the emissions scandal claim. I invested nothing and did very little and received a reasonable sum of compensation when I had no idea at the beginning if I'd receive anything. I felt patient as I knew the process was likely to be lengthy and S & G kept claimants informed when there was a development. I had one personal query early on and that was dealt with promptly and simply, which given the number of claimants was good service. Thank you to Slater & Gordon
