   Wow this man’s workmanship and customer service is next level, Gilbert came to my work today at the drop off a hat. It was originally just top mount replacement, but explained in details what work was being carried out step by step. Had two failed shock absorbers, he sourced and fitted parts with no problem even tho it turned out a very long day. I would highly recommend this chap to carry out any work.    I’m not huge on writing reviews but the help I had today deserves about 20 stars. Gilbert came out on a Sunday and spent over an hour in the pouring rain fixing a stupid mistake I’d made! He was unfailingly kind, courteous and professional. Definitely my knight in shining armour and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

   Gilbert came out to diagnose an engine light fault on my GLE 350D. I called him Saturday morning and he arrived a few hours later. Telling me the error was with the 02 sensor he recommended using a product to clean it by putting it in my fuel tank. This I did and the light has stayed off. I found Gilbert to be professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and use him again. James

   Came to our house to look at our car, gave us an estimate then came back and worked the whole of the next day none stop until he had fixed it. Was competitively priced.    Car wouldn't start. Thought it might be a fuel delivery issue but I didn't know how to diagnose and fix so asked Gilbert to take a look at it and within half an hour I was ready to get back on the road. Great mechanic and a great feller. Would trust him to fix anything wrong with my car. The only mobile mechanic you'll ever need to call.

   Was down in Liverpool on a fishing trip when my clutch peddle went to the floor stranding me in 3 lanes of traffic. I diagnosed it as a slave cylinder but had no tools. I rang Gilbert who came out quickly drove me to euro parts and then fitted the cylinder, even though there was a lot of air in the system he managed to get it bleed and back on the road. Reason price and save me a fortune on recovery and back home to Newcastle safe. Highly recommend
