Ross what an absolute superstar and a lovely bloke. Made me feel calm and got me home safely and really quickly. I appreciate his help today so much and definitely rate the service I received from the guy on the telephone and to Ross who came out to rescue me. Firstly I’d like to commend A1 for their efficient service. I would highly recommend them, not only for their quick roadside response and dealing with my query’s on the phone , but to getting my car to the dealership for repair quicker than expected. I broke down on a Saturday afternoon, on a very busy road by a railway station! I just had time to pull in before the car went completely dead ! After calling the mobility breakdown number, I expected to be sat there waiting for a long time. But Andy from A1 (car and commercial vehicle service)came out to me very quick, what a really nice man , unfortunately , after a quick look under the bonnet , he could see it couldn’t be fixed at the roadside and told me it would have to be hoisted and taken away to their garage. To save him the bother of getting me home , I called my daughter so he could get on with the job in hand. Thank you again to Andy and his colleague who arrived after I’d left for home

Excellent service!! A1 car and commercial were sub-contracted to recover my campervan when it broke down. They were super quick (it was a Saturday too!) Driver was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommended to any companies looking for a recovery service for their clients/customers.

My car battery was flat this morning. I phoned my vehicle assistance company who use A1 for problems in my area. The engineer arrived within 20 minutes and had be started within 5 minutes. Very friendly and helpful. Really good firm.
I would like to say what an incredible group of people we encountered at A1. We broke down on our first visit to Liverpool. From their first contact with us, they really couldn’t have done more to make our lives as less distressed as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and my family and I are very grateful for your efforts to not only get us off the road safely, but also to help us to fix the car and provide as much help as they can!!
