Atticus Law very kindly took on a redundancy case for myself and many of my colleagues. A lot of my fellow former colleagues used this company for a claim. Although the claim took a while compered to people who had do this claim elsewhere I understand that it was a lot of waiting time from the courts. There was times we was only all kept updated when a few of us chased it all up but as soon as I started to get emails from Grace everything ran a lot smoother and quickly and efficiently. I have had a very poor experience with Aticus Law. I chose Aticus Law to pursue a protective award claim against my former employer after being made redundant with no notice. I was reassured that going through a solicitor would make the process much faster and less stressful. They advised my that the claim would be complete within 12-18 months. Fast forward 27 months later, and my claim is still not complete. Aticus Law's communication is very poor, there is no clarity, no response to emails or calls, they simply send a generic copy and paste email every 3 months. This is unacceptable. They charge high fees for a substandard service. In response to the claim taking an additional 9 months and counting, Aticus Law blamed the court in which was dealing with the case. However this is a fabricated excuse. Other employees from the same company I worked for who used alternative solicitors, have been rewarded compensation over 6 months ago - proving this is not an issue with the courts, but an issue with the managing of the case by Aticus Law.

I was contacted by this company as a request had been made by a third party for this company to handle a family probate. I won't go into all the details. However after repeated requests from me to find out what if anything is happening I have not heard a word from them in a month. They are very happy to have taken my money but have no care or thought about contacting me. I am now in a position where I am going to have to contact someone to deal with them. Be very careful if dealing with this company.
