Quite aside from the phenomenal performance of Grace and her brilliant legal team, I was assigned a support worker, Berenice, a registered nurse. I cannot express how invaluable her consistent support has been throughout what has been a traumatic experience involving a family member who was critically injured. Her expertise and advice regarding how the NHS works, her hands-on support in daunting hospital & nursing care environments and her clear, calm & capable manner have been an absolute life-saver. At a particularly difficult moment, Berenice even helped me to secure an emergency grant to help with travel expenses. Irwin Mitchell were the only legal team to offer me this kind of support, which comes as part of their package and does not cost any extra on top of your legal fees.
