   I can't thank Kerry Hollowell from Davis Blank and Furniss Glossop branch enough for all her help and support. My dad died in october and Kerry went through eveything in detail with us, if I got confussed or needed any updates she always ansered quickly and with support. I was devestated when my dad died, I was on cancer treatment and to top it off we live 3 hours away. She dealt with everything and took so much pressure away for me. Eveything was completed yesterday and I am and always will be so grateful to her.

   I went with DBF to redo my will. Unfortunately, the process was very long due to the unhelpfulness of the person who oversaw the writing of my will. I was shocked that when I visited the office, I overheard the women on the front desk being rude about a gentleman who's call she had taken. Also, I was very surprised at the lack of data protection proceedire they had for peoples personal details with personal details lying around openly for people to see and being left in a room where files could easily be accessed.

   We went on our estate agents advice and went with these solicitors. We have heard nothing! After a month of trying to proceed with the sale of our house and the purchase of our next. No response to emails. They didn't even respond to our estate agents! Shocking service and we are moving solicitors that is for sure. You don't need the added stress of having an incompetent and ignorant solicitors when trying to sell your house.
