Absolutely horrible people even the solicitors them self's wouldn't give them a pound to help me out what a joke of a business you lot are I would give these people a very wide birth avoid this company at all cost

Never used them as they never return calls, left many messages to speak to the solicitors and never once returned a call, when rang to ask why was given many excuses, if they deal with enquires like this then how will they deal with your case
