   I've never had to use mediation before so I was worried about what I needed to do or what to expect when I found out that I had to go through mediation in regards to getting visitation rights to see my child so I did my research and I found a few services for mediation after contacting a few of them I found that harte family mediation services was not just the right place to go but the perfect place to go I contacted harte and spoke to a person called Carol who was a great help they helped me understand loads of aspects about mediation and what may have been the best outcome for my circumstances. They were more than helpful in helping me and my ex-partner work towards an understanding that would benefit both parties in regards to our child. I would definitely recommend harte family mediation services to anyone that may be struggling in the same way or different to us to any one. Harte definitely gives you that 5 star treatment.

   Lovely office in civic centre, Mediator Carol makes you feel so welcome, she is very professional, and she did help solve issues. If ever again in the future mediation is needed, I would definitely use her again. You do not feel judged at all. Sometimes it can be hard talking around someone you don’t know but I felt safe and comfortable with Carol there. Thank you Carol.
