I am always of the view you know the true customer service level of a business when something is not perfect no matter how small. My car had the windshield replaced and the driver side wiper just didn’t finish I the perfect position, I calle don’t a few days later (on a Saturday). and it was corrected on the spot. No fuss just wanted to make sure I was 100% happy. For a big brand to have a branch with such a focus on customer case is nothing short of amazing. Finally I called the mobile of one of the staff (because they had called me), I hung up because I realised they might be off and it was a Saturday. They called me back, and I apologised for calling their mobile on a weekend, and guess what they just wanted to know I had been looked after. 100% recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I reported my broken windscreen to my insurer on Sunday morning, and I was advised to contact the branch in Liverpool L11 directly. My new windscreen and wipers had been fitted by Wednesday afternoon
