    Had lunch at La Ciabatta with an English friend on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday when they serve traditional Portuguese dishes. This time was "Cozido à Portuguesa", traditional mix of meats, including chouriço, black pudding, farinheira, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, rice, and it was not only a big portion, but also extremely delicious. The food and service was as good as ever. Normally go there for the best coffee in London, and Portuguese pastesseries, including the famous Portuguese custard tart (pastel de nata). Other things on the menu too, from light snacks to a steak. Service always friendly, and good atmosphere. Strongly recommend it.

The traditional menu is delicious, and their special Portuguese dish on Saturdays is a real treat; they also serve a lovely selection of Portuguese favourites throughout the week. Clara and Mr Garcia are charming and attentive hosts who make every visit enjoyable. Great coffee, generous portions and a truly authentic experience β€” highly recommended!

    Very lovely little Portuguese place with a small Portuguese produce shop. Menu is mostly your standard English caf but it's yummy. Coffee served is absolutely gorgeous (really good crema) and we'll priced!
