   Visited with my daughter and partner this morning and bought a flat white and a brownie. The brownie was very delicious and moist and the coffee was great too. Prices are very reasonable too. There is a public toilet behind the cafe too. There are plenty of places to sit surrounded by greenery. We’ll definitely be back when we take our daughter to the park.

   Oh my gosh, I have never thought of a cafe in the park being a contender for "nicest cafe in the area" vibe, but this is exactly what Mountsfield Park Cafe is! My favourite cafe in all of Hither Green and Catford. The fact it's in Mountsfield Park is an asset too, I love nature, and the whole vibe is very non-pretentious. Every single staff member is consistantly lovely, so even when I turn up looking a bit rough for wear, I don't feel like i'm not welcome :) Before this cafe, I really wasn't fussed or could taste the difference in coffee, but now i've gone back so many times (because their coffee is delicious) that I can now taste the difference in other cafes ha!! I'm going to move out of Hither Green soon but i've already thought about how I can still regularly come back to this lovely place and park. It's been a really consistant highlight and peaceful thing to do

   Located in a container, an enviable location on the brow of the hill with outside seating aside a veteran tree. Attuned to contemporary tastes albeit a limited selection and offering seasonal tweaks. Vegan options. Coffee holds its ground. Service is efficient and enthusiastic. Recommended.

   A wonderful addition to the park and area in general. Their vegan friendly bagels are always fresh, the homemade soup is a delight, and there is often a great selection of fresh baking. The cafe is directly under a gorgeous old Holm Oak and there's always plenty of seating surrounded by the homemade planters. Couldn't recommend the place enough be it for a takeaway cuppa or for a sit down light lunch.

   Scrumptiously fresh bagels! Sitting atop the centre of Mountsfield Park, the al-fresco seating is so lovely with views of downtown Lewisham. They have a selection of classic pastries and the bagels were to die for at reasonable prices. The staff were also very warm and accommodating.

   Wonderful little cafe with a fantastic little menu. The bagels are amazing, I’m yet to try the coffee but I can’t wait to give it a go. The queue moves quickly and it has a nice in and out system.

   Only just opened with new owner and small team. Great coffee, bagels and cakes. Owner is lovely as is her team. So pleased a nice cafe has finally opened in Mountsfield Park. It's great!
