   Almost, but no cigar... First, I commend the speed and attention, from providing an estimate the same afternoon that the clown reversed into my parked car, to getting the repair done. All very prompt and efficient. The repair itself was very good, too. However, it was not without some glitches. When the car was first delivered back to me (I wasn't home at the time) I could see the panel mis-alignment from 50 yards away as I arrived home, so it had to go back to be corrected. That was done the same day, though. I thought that was that, until I opened the charge port to find that the two dust covers were now firmly trapped behind the bumper, instead of covering the connectors. Given the only way of releasing them would be to remove the bumper (again) I decided to buy replacements. £10 was cheaper and less hassle than another visit. Finally, the paint match is not perfect, but I have extremely good colour recognition so the majority of people would be unaware and I fully appreciate the difficulty involved. Also, the valeting was no better than my own 'quick' wash. Clean, but not sparkling. If they paid a little more attention to the details, it could be a superb garage, but they are not there at the moment. Addendum: I have now discovered some damage they have done. I noticed the fuse cover was not sitting correctly. It was upside down and, when looking to put it back correctly, I found that one of the lugs has been snapped off. Bad enough doing it, far worse not to mention it.

   Had my Kia Sportage in last week due to someone bumping into the back of my car. Fantastic service from start to finish, collecting my car from Enterprise car rental, keeping me informed of progress with the repairs and returning it back to Enterprise so no messing around returning hire car then having to collect mine.
