   The prices at this shop are significantly higher than any other shop in the area. For a pair of headphones, you are essentially paying £8, whereas you can get similar white headphones from a corner shop for around £2.50. It seems like a rip-off, as they sell expired milk and bread, often with a shelf life of two days less. The staff members usually do not speak English, and the entire place is dusty and in poor condition, which has been reported for health concerns. Keep away

   went to put lottery on & young lad with glasses did not know how to use the lottery ticket machine 2wks ago had to walk to raynel stores to purchase! Went again tonight with 2lines written down and 3mins b4 lotto shut same lad stood trying to input numbers for 3mins then said it’s shut down for tonight, but it wasn’t when we entered shop! Totally clueless do not go to purchase a lottery ticket here as the staff at this shop do not know how to use the machine avoid at all costs and go to raynel stores who never fail to deliver excellent service!!!

   Premier/Logan Stores otley road near post office. Im fuming!!, just been to the premier on otley old road to get some drink. I had my passport as id as i look quite young and he refused to serve me because’it didnt look like me’ i showed him my bank card that has my name on it and my Instagram i even asked a customer in the shop does my id look like me! (Of course it looks like me its my ID). As a young looking 21 year old i get id all the time so i dont mind showing my id but he accused me of identity fraud and then of stealing someones bank card! These are very serious accusations!! I went to the store at 13.20 Wednesday 27 October 2021

   Called in late at night . It’s a convenience store for what I wanted so can’t comment on the parcel problem . I managed to park outside due to the time of night . During the day I think a disabled person would have problems due to limited parking . There is a wheelchair ramp to the door and a ninety degree turn into the shop . My wheelchair is too big for this store as it’s quite small .I should imagine little wheelies would be ok tho . However the gentleman in the shop came to my aid and got the goods I came for . It is what it is ! A small convenient convenience store

   Awful experience collecting my UPS parcel, a very rude and intimidating man was attending to me. Firstly he wouldn't stop talking on his handsfree and I was very confused when he actually was talking to me. He refused to give me my parcel without seeing UPS tracking on my phone, when I was at the shop the UPS website wouldn't work. I finally gave in and was as rude as him and he finally gave me my parcel with my ID. I was in a fowl mood after this encounter. Will never go into this shop again.

   Rude service picking up a parcel, demanded a "receipt" to enable me to collect the parcel (UPS have no such requirement - just ID required) after seeing tracking info on my phone and my driving license with my name on, presented me a parcel and barked "this you?" Clearly I've told you my name twice, you've seen my driving license, do you need further confirmation? I had also picked up an item of shopping and was given an old pound coin in my change which is no longer legal tender. Won't be returning if I can avoid it.
