You can get oatmilk with the luxury Caramellate. Used to be my daily order from Westminster station. But this time the worker goes they don't do it with Oat. I was so baffled. So couldn't get my drink (I'm not vegan, I just like the flavour of Oat milk better in Coffees)
The server was so rude. I like my coffee quite sweet and she put 2 pumps (syrup was almost finished so barely came out) I tried my drink and asked her nicely for a bit extra. She looked at me and rudely said u need to pay for extra.. which I did already. Told her barely anything came out I could literally see it and she reluctantly gave me more but her energy was so off she doesn’t know how to satisfy a customer so maybe needs to find a new job.
Yesterday, I ordered a strawberry and ice matcha, and it was delicious. I am happy with both the drink and the friendly, quick service provided by the Staff member ( an indian guy ).
Very nice service from the barista and the location is good since it’s in the station and a good spot to chill whilst waiting for your train. We had the pistachio latte and it was quite nice.
I had ask for a regular black coffee and I paid nearly £3 and the cup was regular and the coffee inside was for the small. It's not the first time I am having a coffee from Cafe Nero but it's going to be the last time from this branch.
Not the best Coffe and the girs are very greedy with the loyalty card
There is a place to drink at the balcony, but it's reccommended to take out your drinks. Place is INSIDE the ticket barrier, so good for commuters. Tables seem rarely cleaned.

Lovely Italian guy served me a delicious grande cappuccino with Soya and extra chocolate. It was absolutely wonderful and the coffee wasn't bad either. Gratzie!
On the 08/07/2021around 7:45AM , I went over to that so called coffee shop and I asked for a simple Iced Cappuccino.The extremely rude short and bald barista purposely gave me a hot cappuccino ,after I told him that I asked for a cold cappuccino not a hot one he replied with a smirk on his face in front of the other customers > he obviously didn’t .After that I stepped on the side in order to let the other customers place their order and I overheard him making fun of me with his female colleague barista and they were bragging on how they tricked me by saying that he put ice cubes inside. All of these was happening in front of the other customers. This is unacceptable, I could have easily caused a scene over there but at least I respect the other customers who are in a hurry to get to their jobs .Trust me if no one was around I would have made a big scene , the police was also close by .Next time I will come again and I will collect as much evidence as I can in order to shut this brothel down. Either fire that short and balding barista and get someone who is trained and respectful to the customers, or Karma will get back at you.
