   The service i received from the above mentioned was infact, outstanding. After driving all over the Wirral to different garages to seek help as I had an issue with my car, not one garage would help me. From Halfords to all others on the croft. Then B&W Automotive in Ellesmere Port was recommended to myself. I went to B&W Automotive and without a shadow of a doubt the help was there. I can't thank the guy enough. He was brilliant.    For the last decade Lee has successfully kept my Jaguars on the road. In that time I have come across all manner of issues (as most Jaguar drivers do!) and he has always managed to get to the bottom of the problem. His tenacity at nailing faults is outstanding. The latest problem on my XF was its desire to intermittently deposit coolant on my drive which he sorted through his usual thorough analysis. I have always found his customer focused approach and sensible pricing a winning combination. Sure, you don't get the filter coffee or a valet but at the end of the day you also don't pay extortionate main dealer prices.

   Received a very thorough service/gearbox service and inspection. An explanation was given of work carried out and advised of parts that may require changing before next scheduled service. Very impressed with quality of workmanship. The price quoted was the price charged which was very reasonable. Excellent independent Jaguar specialist.

   I got tired of the cost of using my local Jaguar franchise for servicing. B&W have been an excellent alternative, with very reasonable costs and knowledgeable staff. You do not get all the frills of the Jaguar franchise (coffee, car washed) but I do not go to my garage for those things anyway!
