Absolute rip off £100 for a signature. My brother did exactly the same thing as I did and only paid £10 with a different solicitor. In this day and age with everybody struggling you would think these so called law abiding citizens would charge fairly . My advice to people looking for a solicitor is give this company a wide birth.
Not a good experience. First time buyers and they were very unhelpful. Unreceptive to phone calls and got the impression they couldn't wait to get rid of us. Won't be using for our next move.
