   My daughter went with this company for a school trip to Spain. The accommodation was terrible. It was dirty and ants were everywhere. There was no air-conditioning and no soap in the bathroom, and a lack of toilet paper. They had to stay in tiny cabins with 8 people and there was hardly any storage, and there was little floor space after they had all put down their suitcases. There were no chairs in the cabin for them to sit down on. There was a very steep and tiring walk up back from the beach too. Lots of girls felt sick and had diarrhoea, and now my daughter is feeling sick too. For the money I paid, it was a joke. It was definitely not good value for money.

   Last year me and my son used Acorn adventure for Ardeche holiday. I have to say it was absolutely brilliant. The activities were superb - the kayaking trip was something else! The staff were friendly and well organised. So impressed I was with Acorn that I've booked to go with them again this year to Malta.

   One of the best holidays I've ever had. Great location, such a fun atmosphere the whole time. The pace and schedule of activities was perfectly pitched. Staff were friendly and helpful and the coach and drivers also added positively to the experience. The Ardèche kayak descent is a once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommended!    Travelled back to the Ardeche in June 2022 with a school party after a two year break due to COVID. As always, Acorn were very welcoming and had arranged a detailed itinerary of activities. The post Brexit rules had meant the range of activities had changed; however, the variety was still excellent, including visiting the local high ropes course! The tents were, as always, basic but clean and the pupils were comfortable; however, the standard of the food had dropped since previous visits. Sarah, the Centre Manager, was excellent in her communication and understanding, and was open to feedback and suggestions about the food, which she promised to look into for the future. It is a great trip and experience for the pupils and we will be heading back in 2023!

   Holidayed with them at their Wales site on a single parent holiday. We had a great time. It was very well organised, the activities were all run very smoothly and met the abilities of the whole group. The staff were friendly and entertained the children not only whilst doing the activities but at meal times, in the evenings etc etc. The communication from the management team was also very good with any questions or queries being answered promptly. All in all I would recommend Acorn for a holiday, we are going with them again this summer to one of their French site and we can not wait.

   My son and I had a great time on the Ardeche Adventure. We loved the chance to make friends with other families, the fun campsite and hearty food. The highlight was the amazing two-day canoeing trip and the other other adventurous activities.

   My son and I went on the France Ardeche single parents adventure last year and had the most amazing time. The activities are incredible, especially the kayak trip. The staff are amazing and make the whole experience great fun. We made some wonderful friends for life - 14 of us have booked to go on the Malta Adventure this year. We’ve now done three different holidays with Acorn and hope to do many more.

   I've always had good experiences of Acorn. Their family holidays are well run and are a fun and easy way to holiday with kids because everything is organised and included and there are lots of other families on the holiday. I'd definitely recommend them.
