   Start are great. But the outside of the coffee shop is constantly littered with cigarettes, the tables outside are not cleared at all (see pics) there is tissue everywhere it’s like sitting in a dump. Nero should atleast try to clear this area every couple of hours we don’t want to sit in a sea of cigarette buds.

   Hi AVOID never again Disgraceful Disabled autistic Smashed carrot cake , squashed , broken , messy ? Anyone want it ? I will leave it outside the store on the floor , walking past ! Who ever done this is childish and amateur . Do not get too comfortable with this store . Every time you get a drink it’s poured You get cake that’s smashed in the box Who puts two cakes on one box I’m coming in the store To get a full refund + the cakes that I never got … That’s wicked to children as well aa adults

   I tried to relax before my meeting and I use too my cake gift for my birthday. They were busy but with 4 of them went fast, very cheerful members of staff that wished me happy belated birthday too.

   Had a single macchiato and tried a ginger biscuit of theirs. Generally speaking it is a quite clean place - if not busy- with a nice and relaxed atmosphere and the staff quite nice too. Regarding my macchiato, I consider Café Nero’s coffee to be lower quality in comparison with other chains but it was decent. Unfortunately, the staff gave me a dirty spoon. I noticed that this happened also in another Café Nero! The biscuit was decent, perfect for a quick bite.
