Really love Waitrose and I like this store. But please, can you not wrap all your vegetables in plastic? Can we please have a market type store where we pick our own fruit and veg, there are many things unnecessarily wrapped which don't need to be. It would really make my local store a nice place to shop.

Not impressed. Deli counter lacked a decent selection and what was there looked very dull and dry. Most items we looked at had a short date and looked very unappealing. OK for a short shop but wouldn't do my weekly there. On the plus side the staff are very good and helpful.

It's a "fine" supermarket, the quality of the produce is not the issue but actually keeping it in stock. On many occasion I have walked in looking for specific items like spinach or risotto rice etc and they are completely out. As a supermarket your main goal is to keep the shelves stocked, in this regard the often fail...

Clean and well staffed. It was early in the morning and very quiet. Staff were, as usual, friendly and helpful. Ongoing stock issues are now more of a problem. Alternative products are generally less available. Free easily accessible parking. Cafe has reopened.

I am absolutely astonished how on earth this establishment gets over 4 stars. The bakery and butcher sections are in dire situation. Shelves are not full. Staff, except the few, is rude and ignorant. The car park is a place for local drug dealers and thieves to trade their goods despite being next to the police station.

This place treats its employees terribly. My favorite part of going to this store has been interacting with one employee that works the cheese counter and is truly amazing at their job and has excellent customer service skills. They went to see their father in America for a couple weeks, after only seeing him once in 2 years due to COVID. They are now telling them that they must either quit or be fired because they were gone too long, despite the fact the had every shift covered for their trip. Do not shop here. They do not deserve business if they cannot appreciate that their employees have lives outside the cheese counter.

Nice store and car park. Bit busy 3ntrance,but mid-afternoon pre-weekend rush, so expected. Helpful staff, and good quality products and even some bargains! C&C particularly easy. Pleasant experience

Midday on a Tuesday this is a nice and quiet little cafe, reasonably priced and good Customer Service. General cleanliness could be improved. Many of the tables had crumbs and drink stains. Decor was nice, but let down by the dirty windows and broken blinds.

At their best the staff here cannot be more helpful. My most recent visit experienced something below this. Staff argued the toss about the way offers worked and then decided goods on a shelf marked as part of an offer were not part of the offer. Elsewhere price signs were confusing and in one case just wrong. And goods offered at special prices with a store card were unavailable. Frustrating and unnecessarily so.
